Welcome to Only1Life.com
"Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away." - James 4:14 KJV
The Purpose: To remind us that our time on this earth is short, and each day we have is a gift from God, and the way we repay that gift is by living that day for Him.
The Problem: Far too many of God’s people are not living to their full potential. To the potential that they have been created to fulfill, and that is tragic.
Fact: In life there are no Do-overs, no Dress rehersals, no take-backs, and no if-onlys.. We have one life and that’s it…what are you going to do with yours?
Quesitons: Are you happy with your life? Do you think God is happy with your life? How will you be remembered after you're gone? What will be said at your funeral?
The Challenge: That the people of God will make a commitment to live each day as if it were their last. Not allowing the things of this world to entangle them and render them usless for God.
The Destination: When this life is over (which maybe 50 years from now, or maybe tomorrow) your soul will be in one of two places for eternity…Heaven or Hell. Have you accepted Jesus Christ as your savior?
The Path: Return to the Word of God (daily Bible reading), Return to Prayer (daily prayer), Return to Evangelism (sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ)
The Goal: That the Lord may be glorified, honored, and lifted up by his people.
The Promise: If you are willing to put God first in your life, willing to obey His word, and willing to live in a way that will bring honor to His name, God will richly bless your life.
The Commitment: If you have made a promise to God that from this day forward you will live for Him and you would like to make a public statement to keep accountable to yourself and others than you can “sign” your name to this site for the world to see.
Jesus said:
"Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men , him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven. But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven." - Matthew 10:32-33 KJV
May we do what we can by the grace of God to walk worthy of the vocation wherewith we are called. Amen.
